Careers

At our school, we prioritise preparing students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) for meaningful futures. Through tailored careers education, life skills, and personalised guidance, we empower our young people to explore their interests, develop essential skills, and make informed decisions about their next steps. Our focus is on building confidence and resilience, ensuring all students are equipped to succeed in post-16 education, training, or employment. Together, we nurture aspirations and pave the way for lifelong success.
