SMSC

At Music Stuff Education, we are committed to fostering the Social, Moral, Spiritual, and Cultural (SMSC) development of our pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Guided by our school mission and ethos, we create a nurturing environment where every child is supported to grow, build resilience, and thrive emotionally and social

We actively promote British values, including democracy, the rule of law, individual liberty, mutual respect, and tolerance of different faiths and beliefs, as a cornerstone of our curriculum and school culture. Through tailored learning opportunities and therapeutic support, we empower our pupils to develop a strong sense of identity, respect for others, and an understanding of the wider world.

Our SMSC program is designed to help pupils explore their values, build meaningful relationships, and make positive contributions to society. By prioritising emotional well-being alongside skills for adulthood, we aim to equip each child with the tools they need to succeed, both in school and beyond.

Please read our SMSC policy below for more information.
